Blackboard Login Instructions:
Blackboard is used by many faculty to provide course materials, post assignments and tests, communicate, etc. If your instructor is using Blackboard, your course will appear in your account. Go to tcl.staging.wp.collegeinbound.com and select Blackboard from the Quick Links menu. Click the Student Login button.
USERNAME: Your TCL email address
PASSWORD: Your TCL email password

Classes will appear approximately 2–3 days prior to the term start date.
The Blackboard Mobile App is available! When connecting to the school, be sure to search for “The Technical College of the Lowcountry” first, then sign in using your Blackboard credentials.

Online Learning — Privacy
All students enrolled at the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL), regardless of the mode of instruction (traditional, online, or hybrid), are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). As published in the TCL Catalog and Student Handbook, FERPA was designed to protect the privacy of educational records including those of online learners.

TCL encourages all faculty and staff communication with students, regarding TCL educational records and specific courses, be conducted via the official TCL Student E-mail account, that also requires a secure login.
