SGA – Student Government Association

Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL) Student Government Association (SGA) coordinates and promotes participation in student activities, maintains communication between students and administration, encourages social development, and stimulates good citizenship and democracy among students. Student Ambassadors

The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)

The NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the United States. Learn more about TCL’s chapter and how to participate.

Student Veterans of America

The main goal of the club is to provide military veterans with the resources, support, and advocacy needed to succeed at TCL. Check out more about the Student Veterans of America here.

Lambda Nu: National Honor Society for Radiologic and Imaging Sciences

TCL was granted a chapter in 2009 and is open to any student who has a GPA of at least 3.5 or by vote for those who have excelled in Radiologic Technology by obtaining advanced degrees, additional certifications, and/or done research in the field. Our chapter is called South Carolina Gamma Chapter of Lambda Nu, National Honor Society for the Radiologic and Imaging Science. Please contact Erika Johnson at ejohnson@tcl.edu.

Alpha Lamda Beta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa

The purpose of Alpha Lambda Beta Chapter of Phi Theta at Technical College of the Lowcountry shall be the promotion of scholarship, the development of leadership and service and cultivation of fellowship among qualified students of this college. Delta Rho Chapter of OADN Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society

The mission of the Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society is to recognize the academic excellence of students in the study of Associate Degree Nursing. The society encourages the pursuit of advance degrees in the profession of nursing as well as continuing education as a life-long professional responsibility. Lowcountry Student Nurse Alliance

The LSN embodies the Nursing program’s philosophy and advances the mission of the Technical College of the Lowcountry to support TCL nursing students.
