“When I was in high school I heard about Dual Enrollment / ECCO program at TCL from friends. This meant I could earn college credit while I was still in high school and get a head start!
TCL helped me know how to create and run a business, further my knowledge of cooking, and helped me achieve and learn about safe food serving with Servsafe.
I now have my dream job and doing what I love, which is making beautiful cakes for people with my own business, Miss Ashley’s Bakery.
In the future, I see myself having a location for my bakery, maybe a few locations. I see myself having a very successful business.
