PAGING FUTURE NURSES

TCL’s nursing program is the Lowcountry’s best and most affordable option.

The healthcare industry is booming, and nursing is one of the fastest growing professions in the U.S.

Registered Nurses — or RNs — provide care at the bedside in a hospital setting, carry out medical regimens, and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health. RNs may also work in physicians’ offices, clinics, home settings and other public and occupational health settings.

The Program

Technical College of the Lowcountry’s Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program will give you the hands-on education and knowledge you need for a rewarding and in-demand career as a nurse.

TCL’s two-year ADN program prepares graduates to practice as registered nurses. Students experience on-campus learning using high-tech simulation equipment and receive additional hands-on practice at clinical sites located throughout Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton and Colleton counties.

The full-time RN program (ADN) consists of 68 credit hours that can be completed in as little as five semesters. Courses include general education, science, and nursing classes.
